Now add 23 to both sides and then add 15 to both sides now we will get an easy equation, 4 will be used as a and 23 will be used as b and 15 will be used as c and we have a=4,b=23 and c=15 put these values in the quadratic formula and we have the value of p=5.-3/4 thats all.
