The major axis is parallel to the X axis. The equation is (x  h) squared/a squared plus (y  k) squared/a squared equals 1. A is the distance from the center to either of the vertices, which is 5 over here. B is the distance from the center to the top or bottom of the ellipse, which is 3. You then use these values to find out x and y.
