You can take 5 groups of 7 out. 5 groups of 7 equals 35, leaving you with a 1 left over, (36-35). you will then carry down the next number next to the 1, in this case 4, making the final number 14. You can take 2 groups of 7 out and 2 groups of 7 equals 14, leaving you with no left over groups. so your answer will be 52.
