To convert percents to decimal involves simple three steps. For example to converting 125% the following steps are:
Divide 125 by 100, we get the fractions like 1 25/100, then divide both the numerator and denominator of fractional part by 25. Then we get 1 1/4. Hence 125% is converted to decimals like 1 1/4. In the same way we can convert not only the percents above 199 but also less than that.
