In this tutorial the tutor shows how to draw a parallelogram using a base, a short side with a given length, and the given angle between them.
He draws the base of the parallelogram first.
He uses a protractor to draw the first short side on one end of the base using the given angle and length.
He then draws the second short side on the other end of the base.
Then he joins the open ends of the two short sides creating a parallelogram.
